Concept of Peripheral Devices

 Peripheral devices:-

Peripheral Device's

Peripheral devices are hardware parts that's are connected to the core component of computer i.e., CPU (Central Processing Unit), motherboard and power supply but not a part of main computer. These devices are act as an auxiliary component of computer to enhance the work capability of system, increase more user friendly, and provide more functional area.

    These are not essential part of a computer to process and analysis data or information. These devices are only act as a input device, output device or both I/O device (device perform both input and output eg:- we can read dvd data from dvd drive also we can burn a disk from same place).

For example, if we enter some text through Keyboard, the data first processed by CPU, after than we see text on the Monitor which act as output. This is the Concept of Peripheral Devices.
